Angela C. Tsai [Angela Cheng-Hung Tsai] is a doctor who justified terrorism, glorified suicide and spread anti-Semitism and hatred of Zionists. She has also demonized Israel.

Angela C. Tsai's anti-Israel social media posts occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, called “Swords of Iron.” Israel launched the war after a series of Hamas terror attacks and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023. The terror attacks left approximately 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded.

As of February 2025, Tsai was listed on the Huntington Hospital website as a board certified otolaryngologist in the hospital's surgery department. Huntington Hospital is located in Pasadena, California.

As of the same date, Tsai was registered as a "physician and surgeon" at the Medical Board of California. Her license number was listed as A168428, with an expiration date of April 30, 2026.

As of February 2025, Tsai was also listed as a licensed otolaryngologist on the National Provider Information (NPI) website, NPI number 1013209931, effective May 11, 2011.

Tsai was listed as having graduated from the Boston Medical Center, Department of Otolaryngology and Head-Neck Surgery, in 2016.

On June 25, 2016, a user posted to Facebook: "Congratulations Angela on your graduation from Otolaryngogly [sic] Residency and for the extra work as Chief Resident..." The post included photos of Angela Tsai standing at a podium receiving an award at her graduation from Boston University.

As of February 2025, Tsai's Instagram bio read: "...ENT [Ear, Nose and Throat] surgeon..." and was marked "........." and linked to a fundraiser hosted by the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.

On April 16, 2024, Angela Tsai, wearing a keffiyeh, spoke at an Arcadia City Council meeting "to propose a Council vote on a ceasefire resolution in Gaza," and said [01:35:10] she resided in Arcadia, California.
