The width and material of the margin tape can not be replaced arbitrarily, because the width and material of the transformer are involved in the design of safety regulations need special attention

The width of the wall tape: generally need to be as high as

the height of the winding winding, to prevent the copper wire stacked on the false wall when winding, but if the core is difficult to pack sometimes about 1/2-3/4 of the height, but the winding is not stacked on the false wall as the principle.

Tips: Sometimes, if the thickness of the inlet and outlet line is affected by the casing, the method of skipping the outlet line can be adopted.
