From the Stone Age to the Millenial Generation: Gemstones.

Stone jewellery, often known as gemstones, has a unique position in the world of fashion. Natural gemstones come in around 200 distinct kinds. Gemstones are both precious and semi-precious stones. The four most valuable gemstones are diamond, emerald, sapphire, and ruby. The list of semi-precious gemstones includes all other gemstones.

All global religions and localities have a tradition of wearing jewellery.

Since the prehistoric past, when cavemen wore leaves and animal skins, it has been fashionable. Kings came next, and now the whole populace.

When discussing stone jewellery during the reign of the Raja Maharajas, kings, and queens, gemstone jewellery was widely worn and came in second place only to gold jewellery in terms of everyday wear and treasure troves. Any monarch would be compared to his contemporaries across the world based on the quality, amount, and sorts of jewels and gold-silver piles that they had.

Attacks and the desire to conquer the new wealthy princely nations beyond unconquered mountains and oceans were motivated by these rulers, their treasures, and their tales.

These intrusions marked the beginning of the current globalisation. People began sharing rituals, ways of life, clothing, jewels, and a variety of other items that might be traded for money and precious stones or as part of a barter system.

Stone jewellery, global market, and e-commerce.

Even now, the social-economic standing of individuals and corporate entities is linked to and correlated with gemstones. The upper class of society displays their lifestyle by donning jewellery made of gold, silver, and precious stones including diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and rubies. Such expensive diamonds were formerly only worn in traditional cultural attire and local customs, but today they are worn with almost every modern and fashionable dress.

Due to internet shops and the flourishing eCommerce industry, semi-precious stone jewellery has become even more available and popular among millennials. Within a few days, any form of gemstone may be found anywhere in the globe. A simple mouse click will bring you to your door.

India has the most diamond cutters in Mumbai and Surat, but Russia has the biggest reserves of diamonds in their natural form beneath the earth's crust. The gemstone market in India is centred around Jaipur and Delhi, particularly for semi-precious stones. Semi-precious stones are available for purchase at this location at wholesale costs.
