Loose fiber dyeing refers to the dyeing process of cotton fibers, wool fibers and loose latex staple fibers that have not been carded and spun, Dyeing first and then combing into colored yarn dyeing process. The dyeing should be carried out in a special dyeing machine, and the pump is used to make the dye liquor flow alternately inside and outside to obtain uniform dyeing. There are two methods of exhaust dyeing and pad dyeing, which can enrich the color of the product, reduce the color difference of the yarn, and increase the hazy effect.

Digital printing and dyeing is input into the computer through various digital means (digital photos, images or computer scanning, processing various digital patterns), and then processed by the computer's color printing system, and various special dyes (reactive, disperse, acidic coatings) are directly spray-printed on various fabrics or other media through a special RIP software system. This dyeing method greatly shortens the production time and reduces the cost of proofing, and can realize small batch production without any restrictions on output. Hot stamping/hot silver dyeing refers to selecting metal film or gold and silver powder, and using a heat press machine to carry out hot stamping transfer at a predetermined position. The hot-stamped swimsuit needs to be heat-set to fully combine the metal film with the fabric. This dyeing method can add a unique luster and fashion sense to the swimsuit, but the gold/silver layer may fade or wear after long-term friction and contact with water, so attention should be paid to the production and maintenance.

The above methods have their own characteristics and scope of application. During the dyeing process, conditions need to be strictly controlled, such as dye concentration, temperature, time, and pH value. After the dyeing is completed, color fixing treatment is required to ensure the dyeing quality and color fastness.
