MATEC is a privately-owned manufacturing company that was founded in 2015 by Bob Chan in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Calgary has long been synonymous with the Industrial Supporting and Machines components, and MATEC soon became sought out by industry leaders for custom precision machine parts and assemblies. That success translated to other industries, including Agricultural, Vacuum Flages and Fitting, Signage Hardware, Electrical Consumer, Industrial Automation, utilities, and more.

Initially established to provide custom precision jig and fixture assemblies to local industries, we soon expanded to include machine parts, signage hardwares capabilities and design solutions to a growing customer base.
