To begin with, turn on the modem at first. Then connect the WAN port of the Wavlink extender device to the LAN port of the modem with an ethernet or network cable. Then follow it up by connecting the Wavlink extender with the WiFi. Now, insert the power plug for the Wavlink extender into the standard power socket provided. After that, use the power on/off switch to switch your extender on. Open Chrome on a connected WiFi device, and use wifi.wavlink.com to access the address bar. Enter the login password you created earlier. If you didn't create any login passwords earlier, type 'admin' in the password field. Pick or select the WAN connection type and then choose DHCP or Dynamic IP in the WAN type. Finally, finish configuring the wireless settings. That means you'll rename the same SSID, choose a type of security, and add a security password. Click apply. With all of the steps mentioned, the Wavlink extender setup is successfully complete.
