6. Put the quiche into the oven and cook for about 35-40 minutes or until middle thick layer is not trembling. It is about the consistency of the completed cake: if a knife is inserted in the middle of the cake it should be clean.

7. After this remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve!
