1. Download the Peacock TV App

• Open the Google Play Store on your Samsung smartphone or tablet.
• Search for Peacock TV in the search bar.
• Tap Install to download and install the app on your device.

2. Sign In to Peacock TV

• Open the Peacocktv.com tv/samsung app once it’s installed.
• Sign In: Enter your Peacock credentials (email and password) if you have an existing account.
• Create Account: If you don’t have an account, sign up by tapping Join Now and following the steps to create an account.

3. Using the Peacock TV App on Mobile

• Streaming: You can stream content anywhere you have a stable internet connection. Browse through different categories like Movies, TV Shows, Sports, and News.
• Offline Viewing: Peacock Premium users can download certain titles for offline viewing. Look for the download icon next to available content.
• Cast to TV: If you have a compatible smart TV or device like Chromecast, you can stream content from your phone to a larger screen. Tap the cast icon and select your TV.

4. Troubleshooting for Mobile Devices

• App Crashes or Freezes: Try restarting the app or reinstalling it. Ensure your phone’s OS is up-to-date.
• Streaming Issues: Check your Wi-Fi or data connection speed. Peacock recommends at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.
