Hi, I was pleasantly surprised with customer service at Spirit Airlines CHS Terminal. As soon as I entered, I could see employees were friendly and willing to assist. The check-in counters were operating smoothly, and even when there was some minor problem with my boarding pass, the staff member resolved it promptly and in a friendly manner. They handled passengers with dignity and patience, and that went a long way toward the overall experience. What I liked best was the way gate agents were constantly giving everyone updates on flights and freely answering questions. The staff's positive energy contributed to a warm, inviting atmosphere within the terminal. For a low-cost airline terminal, the customer service here certainly is superior. It is not always luxury that matters — sometimes, excellent service is a better impression than anything else. Spirit Airlines definitely provided a warm, professional, and courteous experience from start to finish in my travel.
