Pain is a feeling of the body to external irritating injury, which is divided into pathological pain and physiological pain according to the factors that produce pain. Since the mechanisms of pain are still not well understood and clinical treatments do not adequately control intractable pain, pain-related behavioral studies in rodents can help to investigate the mechanisms associated with pain.
